SECTION 11 SIGNS AND OUTDOOR ADVERTISING STRUCTURES
SECTION 11.5 Exemptions
c) The following types of
temporary signs are exempt from sign permit requirements but shall
not be placed within the public right-of-way and shall not exceed
twelve (12) square feet in area. These signs shall be placed on a
parcel no sooner than four (4) weeks prior to the event or election
and shall be removed no later than five (5) days after completion of
the event or election.
1. Garage/yard sale signs
2. Political signs
d) Real estate signs not
exceeding six (6) square feet in sign area for A or R zoned property
that advertise the sale, rental or lease c,f the premises upon which
sign is located are exempt from sign permit requirements but shall
be non-illuminated and shall not be placed within the public
right-of-way.
